This year I decided to actually write out my goals rather than just promising mental promises to drop a few pounds or to be a better person in general. For it being April, I can honestly testify that writing these resolutions or goals and seeing them on a daily basis has helped to keep me motivated. When I was writing these goals out, I stopped looking at everyone's usual ideas and looked deeper into what I wanted for myself this year.
